Here you’ll find information on how to return unwanted items and make warranty returns.
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any items returned to us within 10 days of receipt for any reason provided the item:
• Is in new, unused and unwashed condition
• Has not been worn during any activity other than trying on (please do not try on items next to skin)
• Still has all its tags and labels attached
• Is complete with its original, undamaged packaging
• Is returned with a completed MYN return form
Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
You can avoid paying to ship your return by using the pre-paid USPS shipping label included in your package. Otherwise, you can choose any delivery service at your expense. We recommend using a service that include signature confirmation – we are not responsible for items that do not reach us.
We will issue the refund within 5 days of receiving your returned item. We may send you an email requesting further information on the product you returned. Please note that if your order total met the criteria for a free gift and if the return of your item(s) will result in that criteria no longer being fulfilled, the free gift must also be returned to us.
Returning for an exchange
In addition to meeting the criteria for unwanted items outlined above, we can only offer exchanges on like for like products – swapping the same item for another size or color.
Provided your item meets the above requirements, please complete a MYN Return Form, indicating the item exchange required, and return the item to us. You do not need to contact us prior to returning your item.
Please note that in the event your requested exchange item is out of stock, you will be refunded for the value of the returned goods.
Items that are damaged upon receipt, have visible manufacturing faults or exhibit a manufacturing fault after use are eligible for replacement, repair or refund (at your discretion) within 10 days of delivery, even if the goods have been worn.
